Everything was excellent. They arrived on time, explained all work being done, about how long it would take. One of the best companies I have ever worked with. The foreman on day of estimate, went above and beyond what he needed to do. The installation was excellent and the area they worked in was cleaner then when they had arrived. I have already placed a call to them for estimate on our next project. Purchased and installed 4 basement windows to replace original 1950’s ones. Also purchased 2 exterior doors that they installed in the front and in the basement (to the bulkhead steps). Really courteous, friendly & professional owner. Workers were fast and neat, I don’t even think they ate all day! A bit expensive, but they had to replace ancient windows into cinder block. I have hired them to come back and replace my relic of a slider door that has condensation in the middle. They installed a new sliding door at my rental property. Sergiy was professional, and courteous. The installers did a wonderful job, but the door came with the wrong handle (no inside latch mechanism). We didn’t realize it until the next day. Before I purchased this deal, I asked the company a few questions about the deal.  The owner of the company, Sergiy, responded promptly – even on a Sunday.  Once I made the purchase, the measurements were done promptly and the representative brought a sample so I could see the window before finalizing the deal

The estimated installation date was sometime in May.  Sergiy called on April 30 to say that the windows were in and I could have had them installed the very next day (Friday May 1) if I was available.  They were installed on May 4 (the following Monday) to accommodate my schedule.  That’s really fast! The installers were on time and got right to work.  They were polite and very neat and clean.  They were very responsive to my questions and concerns and I am happy with my windows. -JF, Meriden, CT

I was in the midst of talking to several companies about replacing some windows in our home when an Angie’s List Deal came through my inbox for Alliance.  After looking into Alliance and seeing what a great deal the Angie’s List deal was, I wanted to talk with them and was seriously considering purchasing the deal.  Only trouble was that the deal was ending in 2 days and I wanted to talk to them before making any final decisions or moving forward with purchasing the deal. I contacted Sergiy to see if it were possible to meet at all.  I told him where I stood, said I would like to meet with him before making any decisions on the Angie’s List Deal and he dropped everything to come out and meet with me the very next day. When Sergiy came he took his time and went over everything with me.  He explained the deal in great detail, showed me everything about his products, and my options with the products, and was such a pleasure to talk and deal with.  I knew after that meeting that I would be hiring him for not only this job but every job I had that is in his wheelhouse.

Sergiy and I went back and forth hammering out the details of what I wanted and what he was able to do.  He was nothing but accommodating and patient through it all.  I could not have been happier with the deal itself.  I received a great product for an amazing price.  Could not have been happier! So then the day came of the install.   Sergiy’s workers showed up exactly on time and worked like animals.   They got right to work and did not stop until the entire job was done.  They didn’t even take a break for lunch.  Not only did they do a great with the install but they put down protective plastic and cleaned up the job site when they were done.  In fact, the install and product were so good that my carpenter, who came the day after Sergiy’s crew to do some work for me, saw the job and called Sergiy to talk with him about hiring him to do a job for him. The provider was prompt in getting back to me, visiting my home to see what was required, and scheduling the installation. The workers arrived when arranged, efficiently installed the windows, and cleaned up well when they left. I am very satisfied with the services performed. Purchase & Install 4 replacement basement hopper windows & install 2 exterior doors.(customer purchased). Excellent work ethic, beautiful workmanship, & cleaned up after themselves. Price of windows seemed high for hopper windows, but they were custom ordered to replace 1956 ones. Had to build frames onto cinder block.
